A MESSAGE FROM BILL RYERSON, PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER OF POPULATION MEDIA CENTER
In light of the growing concerns around COVID-19, we at PMC are adapting our current practices to ensure the health and safety of our workforce, our partners, and the communities around us. We have suspended travel and our staff are following recommended practices on working from home, social distancing, and healthy hygiene habits. We are also quickly creating content for current shows to include content relevant to the pandemic and will update you about this as it unfolds. As you know, our shows reach global audiences, many of which are in areas of high risk for the current outbreak.
PMC is excited to announce that the writing team of Paul Karp and Sara Dolin has been awarded the 2020 Population Media Center CineStory Scholarship for their script, Extra-Ordinary Jess. PMC will be covering the cost for Paul and Sara to attend the well-known CineStory TV retreat held in Idyllwild, California later this year.
We are storytellers. We use entertainment to improve the health and well-being of people around the world. Our work has impacted more than 50 countries.
