The year in Blogs

The year 2021 was packed with environmental and population news.

Some of it was disappointing, like the report that children born today will experience life on Earth with more destructive natural disasters than previous generations. But, on the other hand, some news, including a surge in college-aged students choosing to commit to climate and environmental-related degrees and careers, left us with hope.

Every week this past year, our team at Population Media Center covered sustainability news, ideas, and opinions in our blog. To close out the year, we've wrapped select blogs together to write the story of how we move forward, leaving the world better for generations to come. It also depicts how we can navigate the inequities of reproductive healthcare worldwide through community engagement and popular entertainment.

We hope you'll download and enjoy our Blogs for a Planet of Life eBook and share it with friends and family this holiday season.
